Pallisers Covid-19 statement

Pallisers have been monitoring the difficult situation regarding the Covid-19 pandemic, and would like to assure you we are following Government guidelines and doing our best to continue business as usual, while safeguarding of our staff as much as possible.

If you need to visit our depot please follow the social distancing rules, keeping 2 metres apart from staff and other customers. Please follow the system we have put in place in the shop for parts collection. All parts deliveries to be left outside the depot, following instructions provided.

The parts department will continue to serve your requirement; offering postage and delivery services if required, please contact us for more information. Browsing of the shop is restricted at this time.

The service department will continue to attend breakdown and maintenance jobs when required, taking necessary precautions. All visits will be pre-arranged, when our engineers are on site, please minimise all contact and we request they are left alone to do carry out their work, any information should be relayed to the engineers by phone where possible.

The sales team will no longer be cold calling at this time; all visits will be by appointment only and will follow the social distancing rules. All sales members are available by phone and email to assist you with your enquiries.

We will continue to monitor the situation at this challenging time, and update you when necessary in line with Government guidelines. Thank you.
